You'll receive written confirmation from owner's agency after your deposit is recorded, as well as in check-in information, where to pick up keys, when balance is due (normally 4 weeks prior to arrival or sooner for longer term rentals), etc. Rates also subject to $35.00 condo/$100 home booking fee and 11% Florida tax. Cancellation policy: $50 cancellation fee; balance of deposit refunded if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival date. Within 90 days of arrival, balance of prepaid monies are refunded if property can be rebooked at same rate/terms. Optional cancellation insurance is also available and recommended to cover your vacation for unexpected illness, accident, or weather related cancellations. |
