Before You Arrive

We look forward to hosting you at Sundial B306 / B307. If this is your first time staying with us, the information below covers accessing the property, parking, and check-in.

Check-in is 3:00 PM

Our cleaners need this time to properly prepare the condo for your arrival. Please don't arrive before 3 PM — even just to drop off items — the door lock isn't activated yet. You're welcome to use the pool and beach beforehand; there's a pool restroom available for changing.

Finding the Entrance

Use the third Sundial entrance, marked "Sundial of Sanibel" — not Sundial Resort, which is a different entrance.

1	Turn in at the Sundial of Sanibel sign and drive straight in.
2	Follow the drive to a right turn.
3	Then take a left turn toward Building B.

The entrance sign — confirm you're at "Sundial of Sanibel," not Sundial Resort.

Building B

Once you've made the right, then left turn, look for the Building B marker among the landscaping as you approach.

Elevator to Unit B306 / B307

The elevator is located under the breezeway near the "Do Not Park or Block Elevator or ADA Van Aisle" sign. Take it up to reach B306 and B307.

Property Site Plan

Building B sits on the north end of the property, between Building A and Building C. The elevator is on the east (parking-lot) side of the building; the office is a short walk away, near the shuffleboard courts.
